A wish

Another of my favorite photos. Took this one several years back.

We always make a wish and blow the seeds away. If you can blow them all off in one breath your wish will come true. My grandmother used to say to us kids when we couldn't get them all, "Every seed is a wish, and if one grows, you'll be that much closer to what you want."
Needless to say, I have dandelions growing EVERYWHERE.

Managed to get the completely dark background by shooting the photo completely sideways underneath the pine tree next to my house. So that isn't a fake background.
The single seed was also pure luck.
