Dragon Vase Turnaround

This is a piece I made a few years ago and never posted. I've  never taken good photos of it, and now, years later, I'm a little ashamed of it because I know I could do way better. Though it would be neat to gif the turnaround.

The vase was completely hand built out of high fire clay and stands 30 inches tall. All the dragons on the top were hand sculpted. The dragon motive was carved, pre- colored with different slips, and then glazed in a dozen different glazes. This was my first attempt at a large piece and I was really proud of it when I made it. I was also rushed to finish it, and now wish I could have spent the time refining it that I wanted to.
