Water god

Was playing around to make a scale brush and Nuregami popped out.
I love Okami, and this is kind of a mismatch version of the Waterspout God. I wanted to make him look a little more snake like, but somehow I ended up giving his the more godlike 'feathers' on his head like Amaterasu has instead of the stubby curly ones.
